Must be 15 years of age by the completion of the course
Must be able to swim 500yds (20 laps in a 25yd pool untimed)
Must be responsible
Have reliable transportation
Most importantly you must be able to work with a wide range of people
Renewal Classes are for previously certified lifeguards only.
